Dear Faculty,
As of today, 28 students have been awarded WA grades because, after repeated outreach and reminders, they have failed to provide the immunization documentation that is required per NY State law for any student taking 6 credits or more.
Per CUNY guidelines we must award WA grades, which do not affect the GPA. However the students are responsible for all tuition and fees and may not appeal for reentrance into the term.
Please print your roster on webroster: you will be able to see any WAs awarded in your class, as well as the WNs and WUs you might have assigned.
Students with any of these grade values are no longer permitted to attend class.
