Here’s what’s happening at the Center for Teaching and Learning this week:

Spring 2018 Course Prep Bootcamps

Monday, January 22, 11am-1pm

Tuesday, January 23, 12-4pm

Wednesday, January 24, 1-4pm

Thursday, January 25, 2-4pm

 

The CTL staff helps part-time and full-time faculty think through:

 

-Assignments

-Classroom management/policies

-Experimenting with technology

-Fostering classroom discussion

-Active learning techniques

-Low-cost/free course materials

-Creating interdisciplinary activities

 

Courses in the face-to-face, hybrid, and on-line formats are welcome. Stop by the CTL office for a few minutes or stay the whole time. Come to one or multiple sessions. The CTL office is located in the Newman Library building, Room 123 (within the Subotnick Financial Center on the first floor).
