CUNY-Rubin Partnership:

The CUNY academic community and the Rubin Museum have just formed an exciting partnership for the 2015–2016 academic year. Take advantage of all of the opportunities for students and educators to learn at the Museum.

Free Admission
All CUNY students, faculty, and staff receive free admission to the Museum through June 30, 2016, when they show a CUNY ID card at the admissions desk.

Free Guided Tours
The Rubin Museum is offering CUNY faculty one hundred free guided tours with a maximum of twenty-five attendees per tour. Faculty are limited to one guided tour per semester. Book a tour using the registration form at least two weeks before you plan to visit.

Free Educator Open House
Interested in learning how you and your students can connect with the Museum? Join us this Friday, October 23, for an Educator Open House, from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m., celebrating the opening of our newly expanded Shrine Room installation.

Register now and meet the Museum’s education staff, take a gallery tour with our curators, and learn how you can incorporate the Museum’s collection of Himalayan art into your course curriculum.
