WOMEN FACULTY NETWORKING LUNCH
AN INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP DESIGNED TO BUILD CONNECTIONS
Kristy Clementina Perez, MSW
Director, Percy E. Sutton SEEK Program
Kristy Perez will lead this workshop on helping you to find your true authentic selves by recognizing vulnerability as a leadership strength. The workshop is based on Brené Brown’s book, Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent & Lead. The workshop will include interactive group exercises and discussions on topics such as:
-What gets in the way of being your most authentic self at work?
-What does it mean to be vulnerable?
-How is vulnerability viewed in one’s personal and/or professional networks?
