The Lawrence N. Field Center for Entrepreneurship invites you to participate in Baruch’s Maker Hub, which is a creative space where the Baruch community can design and make using technology and non-technology-related materials such as 3D printers, Arduino, Cubelets, origami, etc.

Faculty, staff and students are invited to attend Maker Hub events, which include a Pop-up Makerspace on Thursday, September 24 from 12:30pm-2:30pm and Arduino and 3D Printing Workshops on Thursday, September 24 (during the Pop-up Makerspace) and Thursday, October 1 from 12:30pm-2:30pm at the Lawrence N. Field Center (NVC 2-140).

For Baruch students, we are pleased to announce Baruch's first-ever Design & Make Competition, which gives students the opportunity to use all the Maker Hub technology and materials to create their own project and submit it for a cash prize. The competition is now open for registration until Tuesday, October 6. Award categories include “Most Elegant,” “Most Surprising,” and “Most Innovative.” No previous experience with the technologies or materials is needed!

More information on Maker Hub can be found at and please contact with any questions.
