As summer approaches and final papers roll in, I hope you'll nominate exceptional student writing from your classes for inclusion in the Writing Center's online journal, i Magazine <http://blsciblogs.baruch.cuny.edu/imagazine/>.

 

i Magazine publishes the strongest scholarship by Baruch College undergraduate and graduate students in order to foster a community of writers, readers, students, and teachers. We welcome academic prose from any discipline, and are especially interested in student work that facilitates teaching and learning.

 

Please email your submissions to imagazine@baruch.cuny.edu as MSWord attachments, with “Submission” in the subject line. Professors are encouraged to include a nominating note that describes the strengths and potential teaching and learning applications of the piece, as well as the assignment that prompted the writing.
