Dear Faculty Member,

The International Student Service Center (ISSC) and the Office of the Vice Provost for Global Initiatives are planning to have a “Passport Day” as part of the celebration of International Education in the U.S. In order for the U.S. Postal Service to come to our campus and assist our constituents, we are required to provide the number of applicants they will be assisting. Please note that if you are applying for a U.S. passport (first time or renewal), you'll need to provide citizenship evidence, identification and proof of relationship (for any of your children under 16). Specific documents you need depend on what form you're using. The Postal Service will let us know if you are required to bring that supporting documentation on the day of the event.
