Writing Pedagogy in the Science Classroom
Thursday, Nov. 29, 12:45-2:15, Newman Library Building, 763

In this roundtable we will discuss the experiences and challenges of science faculty who have made writing an integral part of their pedagogy, and brainstorm new practices and assignments for those who would like to increase the presence of writing in their courses. We will explore specific activities, techniques, and methods for advancing student writing in courses in the sciences. We'll be joined by Professor David Gruber (Biology and Environmental Science).
