Dear Spring 2016 Faculty,

Today, June 6, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. will be the last time that you can submit your grades for the spring on-line. The deadline was stretched as far as possible beyond the CUNY published date of June 2. If you have entered your grades, saved them but not clicked on “submit to the registrar and POST,” please do so now.  My office received calls from faculty stating their students are complaining about not seeing their grades, through CUNYfirst self-service, even though they were entered over a week ago.   Please make sure you have POSTED your grades. We must complete our conferral of degrees.

In the event you miss the deadline, please note the following process: 

Late grade submissions will be accepted only on the print screen of your roster (signed and dated) to ensure accuracy of names and prior grades awarded.
