Per last week’s email, the student evaluation period will end on Saturday (May 16). So far, three instructors have a 100% response rate, while 11 have 90-99%; 37 Have 80-89%; 40 have 70-79%; 90 have 60-69%; and 169 have 50-59%. Unless you are one of those three (you can monitor that at https://baruch.cuny.edu/evals), please urge your students to complete their evaluations! Asking your students to complete the evaluations in class using smart phones or laptops remains an option—letting them know in advance, perhaps via Blackboard, would be very helpful. (Some students do not have access to these devices.)
As ever, if you are administering the evaluations in class, you must step outside the classroom for the designated period (roughly 15 minutes).
The QR (Quick Response) Code, which takes students directly to the evaluation website using smart mobile devices, is attached again. Feel free to print it and bring it to your classes.
Questions? If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Gary Hotko in the Office of Testing and Evaluation at 646.312.4308 or by sending an email to him at email@example.com.
