The Office of Orientation and New Student Programs invites faculty to stop by the NVC 8^th floor atrium lounge every Tuesday between 12:45 PM and 2:15 PM and again between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM for TRANSFER TUESDAYS, a weekly mixer in which transfer students can get to know one another and members of the Baruch faculty in a relaxed, casual setting. Each week a different student organization(s) will co-host the event and provide refreshments. In addition, the following student support offices will be present to provide one-stop shopping assistance to our transfers as they navigate their transitional first semester at the College:

 

• Newman Library
• SACC
• The Writing Center
• Zicklin Dean’s Office
• Transfer Center
• Early Learning Center
• Student Life
• Starr Career Development Center
• Center for Academic Advisement
• Office of Financial Aid
• Office of the Registrar
• Health and Wellness Center

 

Studies consistently show that the more students engage with faculty, the better they do academically. Here is an opportunity to take a break from your busy day and mingle with our largest student cohort—transfers!
