Panel on US-Russia Relation

The Baruch Political Science Department is hosting a panel on US-Russia relations, to be held from 5:00-6:30pm on September 27 in room 14-270 of the Vertical Campus building. All Baruch faculty, staff, and students are invited, and should RSVP at

The panelists will include:

  • Asha Castleberry, Adjunct Fellow at the American Security Project, Adjunct Professor at Baruch College and Fordham University
  • Vitali Kremez, Senior Intelligence Analyst at Flashpoint
  • Rajan Menon, Anne and Bernard Spitzer Chair of Political Science at the City College of New York
  • Stanley Renshon, Professor at Lehman College and the CUNY Graduate Center
  • Joshua Tucker, Professor at New York University

The panelists will discuss questions such as: Why have relations between the United States and Russia gotten so bad? What role have US and Russian domestic politics played? How did Russia interfere in the 2016 US presidential election? What will be the fallout from the investigation of Russian interference? Are relations with Russia likely to get better or worse?

Panelists will take audience questions at the end, and light refreshments will be served.
