Dear Baruch College Researchers:

     CUNY Central will be conducting on-line researcher training sessions for the new HRPP/IRB software program, IDEATE, the week of January 12th. Please use this link to register for IDEATE webinar training and to obtain training schedule information: Registration is required for this training and there will be 10 different ninety minute sessions to choose from.

   The final day IRBNet will be available is Monday, January 12th. CUNY will only be transferring active expedited and full board projects to IDEATE.  CUNY will not be transferring closed projects/non-active projects and active exempt protocols/submission data. If you haven’t done so please download copies of your research records from IRBNet if you do not have them in your possession. Though CUNY will have a record of this data, investigators are required to retain research records for three years after research activities have concluded.
