The CUNY Office of Labor Relations has provided updated information on Voluntary Phased Retirement.  The University and the Professional and Staff Congress/CUNY entered into an agreement on April 26, 2013, to implement a three-year pilot program of Voluntary Phased Retirement for eligible faculty and staff.  As the first year of the pilot program draws to an end, the University and PSC have entered into a supplementary agreement to provide that applications will be due on November 15, rather than on October 1, in the remaining two years of the pilot program; that is, on November 15, 2014, and November 15, 2015.
