Dear Winter 2015 Faculty,

The verification of attendance roster period (formerly eCertification) for the Winter 2015 intersession will run from today, Tuesday, January 6 through Thursday, January 8, 2015 (11:59pm).

During the verification of attendance roster process you are required to verify that all students listed are actually attending the class. The roster contains only students who are enrolled for the class. For your convenience, no dropped or withdrawn students are listed on the roster and the default value for the attendance radio button is “Yes, attended.” For any student, who has never attended a class and there is no documented evidence of the student’s participation in the course (such as a completed assignment), select the “No, never attended” radio button.

The Verification of Attendance roster is a CUNY requirement. It is vital that rosters be certified for each one of the course offerings as this affects compliance with federal regulations and students receiving financial aid.

Students attending your course who are not on your roster, should be sent to the Registrar’s office; Library Building, Room 850.

If you have not already done so, you must claim your CUNYfirst account in order to submit your Winter 2015 verification of attendance roster. To claim your account, please clink on the following link:
