Dear Colleagues,

The link below goes to the college’s new Gen Ed website, which delineates which students will continue to follow the Baruch Common Core curriculum (continuing students) and which students will, as of fall 2013, follow the Pathways at Baruch curriculum (new freshmen and transfers). The Pathways link on that page takes one to descriptions of the three components of Pathways: the Required Core, the Flexible Core, and the College Option, and includes a page that shows how courses in the Baruch Common Core do (or in a few cases do not) have places in Pathways. There are also FAQs etc.

Familiarizing yourself with the new curriculum would be an excellent idea, but please feel free to direct your students to the Center for Academic Advisement (5th floor of the NVC) for additional help.
