Religious holidays this spring

Thursday, April 2:  Holy Thursday

Thursday, May 14:  Solemnity of Ascension

Some students might observe some of the religious holidays listed above. (I have recorded those listed by the City of New York at http://www.nyc.gov/html/dot/html/motorist/alternate-side-parking.shtml leaving out the ones that occur while we are not in session.) Please take these holidays into consideration in scheduling exams and assignments and permit those who observe the holiday an opportunity to make up any missed assignments or exams. Students are responsible for making up any missed work.
