The Baruch College Faculty Handbook
Last updated on 9/2/2011
Digital Measures (DM) is Baruch College’s official data-management software for the creation and maintanence of faculty CVs. These are the only CVs that are considered for official personnel actions at the college. The data in DM also is used to produce reports, such as the annual CUNY Scholarship report, the Baruch Faculty Recognition list, and reports to satisfy accreditation requirements.
Several tutorials for the use of Digital Measures have been created:
- Digital Measures has produced their own 3-minute video overview of how to use the system: http://www.digitalmeasures.com/aitraining/
- The dean’s office of the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences has crafted a turorial that appears at: http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/wsas/faculty_resources/Digital_Measures.htm
- The tutorial from dean’s office of the Zicklin School of Business is here: http://zicklin.baruch.cuny.edu/zk/dm/using-digital-measures-to-update-the-information-in-your-c-v
- This Zicklin guide shows how each input field in Digital Measures corresponds to each section of the CUNY CV: http://zicklin.baruch.cuny.edu/zk/dm/reference-guide-for-updating-cv-information-in-digital-measures
