Fall 2025 Grade Submission Deadline and Academic Calendar Update

I hope this message finds you well as we approach the end of the Spring 2025 term. With the recent updates to the Fall 2025 academic calendar, please note that the official start date has been adjusted from August 24 to August 26, and the end date from December 21 to December 22.

In light of these changes, I am writing to inform you of a revision to the final grade submission deadline. The new deadline for submitting final grades is Monday, December 29, 2025, extended from the originally scheduled date of December 26. While this extension provides additional flexibility, we strongly encourage faculty to complete grading and submit final grades by Monday, December 23, if possible. Doing so will allow you to begin the winter break without outstanding grading responsibilities. We appreciate your continued commitment to supporting our students and upholding the integrity of our academic processes.
