Technology Resources Available to Baruch College Faculty
To All Baruch College Faculty:
Welcome to the Spring 2016 semester!
Below is information that will help you make the most of the IT resources available to you.
The most current news regarding the status of systems and services is posted on the BCTC Alerts page. You can find the BCTC site from almost any Baruch page by clicking on the word Technology, located in the upper right hand side of our common links:

Securely manage your Username and password anywhere you have internet access. Set up a profile to reset your password without having to contact the help desk.

The main site for campus-based Blackboard support. Be sure to view our Video Instructional Series showcasing commonly used features for managing your courses, provided by our Instructional Technology team.

Learn how you can access the wireless networkthrough Baruch-FacStaff, which is encrypted and connects immediately when you come to campus there is no need to login every day.

The official, University-wide system that allows you to perform official college business operations, such as certifying your rosters and submitting your grades. There are a number of guides available to walk you through these steps.

CUNY Virtual Desktop NEW!
Coming soon Baruch is a test campus for a CUNY virtual desktop that will provide faculty with access to course specific applications from a wide variety of devices. The initial wave will involve SAS, SPSS, Maple and Mathematica. More information will be distributed as it becomes available. Please refer to the BCTC page for updates.
