In the interest of smoothing the transition to CUNYfirst, we have trained a number of CUNYfirst Faculty Ambassadors. They are available to answer questions and instruct all faculty. Turn to them when you need help figuring out basic CUNYfirst processes and procedures, including claiming your account, submitting grades, accessing rosters, and ordering textbooks.
