Community of Baruch Scholars: Informal Pedagogical Conversations

All full- and part-time faculty are invited to join the upcoming Community of Scholars sessions, co-hosted by Adjunct Faculty Services and the Bernard L. Schwartz Communication Institute. Using the Schwartz Communication Institute’s Very Short Guides as a starting point, we will discuss teaching strategies and share best practices, thinking both about our current online teaching goals and about our teaching more generally.

 Each session listed below will be hosted on Zoom by Dr. Meechal Hoffman, the Institute’s Director. All sessions will take place from 12:30-1:30pm.

Wednesday 4/29 – “Metacognition”

Friday 5/1 – “Responding to Student Writing”
