Community Open Forums with Finalist Candidates for Marxe School Dean

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,

As recently announced, the search for Baruch College’s next Dean of the Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs has yielded three finalist candidates. The three finalists will participate in virtual campus visits beginning next week, Tuesday May 9, through Thursday May 18. Throughout this process, community feedback is being broadly solicited through a feedback form. Each finalist will meet in person with representatives of campus stakeholder groups and participate in a zoom-based community forum.

RSVP for Community Open Forums
Dr. Myung-Soo Lee, Marxe Dean Search Committee Chair, will host the community forums, which will be moderated by Dr. Diane Gibson. Register in advance for each of these forums using your CUNYfirst credentials:

Members of the College community will be able to access the candidate information using their CUNYFirst login credentials. Once you log in you will then be directed to the Baruch Dropbox page where you will find the folder for the Marxe Dean’s Search. Candidate names and access will be provided 24hrs in advance via Dropbox. Check back here for the links to the Dropbox.

Before each Open Forum, the Baruch Community will have an opportunity to send questions through the Zoom registration link for each Open forum. During the event, attendees will be able to raise their virtual Zoom hands to take questions from the floor or you will be able to add them to the chat to a designated name.
