Ethics Week 2020 (March 16-21)

January 10, 2020

Ethics Week 2020

March 16-21

Please consider organizing some of your class time during Ethics Week around ethical issues as they relate to your subject or discipline. Such emphasis falls naturally within our academic mission and each school has adopted learning goals in ethical awareness or ethical decision making. We invite you to invite distinguished guests to speak that week—in your classes or in an event open to all. Modest stipends for speakers are available. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are interested in inviting someone.

The winners of the Abraham J. Briloff Prizes in Ethics for 2019 will be announced during Ethics Week. The closing date for entries from students and faculty is Thursday, February 20, 2020. For additional information, see http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/facultyhandbook/BriloffPrizes.htm.
