Fall 2024 Textbook Adoption Compliance

August 19, 2024

Dear Faculty,

Posting textbook information ensures all students have equitable access to course information. It also gives students who need accessible materials time to arrange for those materials before their classes start. Importantly, the Higher Education Opportunity Act (Public Law 110-315) requires textbook information be available to students at the time of registration, so textbook information cannot remain blank on the Baruch bookstore’s site. If you do not require any materials, you must indicate that on the bookstore site as well.

You can enter your textbook selection, or indicate that your course does not require a textbook, here: https://baruch.textbookx.com/institutional/index.php.

If you have questions about your adoptions, please direct them to cunybooks@vitalsource.com.

Please enter your textbook information on the bookstore’s website today.

Thank you,

Kathleen
