I am sorry to report that Mordechai Friedman passed away last night, Tuesday, September 17, 2019. His funeral is Thursday morning (September 19) at 9:30 AM at Plaza Funeral Home, 630 Amsterdam Ave (91 Street). Shiva will be at the Friedman home at 8 Remsen Street in Brooklyn Thursday, and then Sunday through Wednesday.
Mordechai had been a long time member of the Baruch faculty, first in the Department of Education and then in the Mathematics Department, where he was a tenured Associate Professor.
