Recent additions to CUNYfirst Faculty Roster

To all Baruch faculty,

CUNYFirst has just implemented a small addition to your class rosters, that may be helpful to some of you. As you can see in the image below, when you open your class roster in CUNYFirst, you will now be able to see your students’ CUNYFirst login id. Any of you who want to use or are using CUNY-licensed Dropbox or Microsoft Teams for your class, can use these student CUNYFirst login ids to add your students to a Microsoft Team group or to send material to them via Dropbox. You can download your entire roster which now includes the CUNYFirst login id for all students by clicking on the small grid icon highlighted in red in the image below. Here are instructions on how to add members to a team in MS Teams.
