Student Disability Services – Please note new Exam Proctoring Request Email

Dear Faculty,

Given the volume of requests Student Disability Services (SDS) receives for Exam Proctoring,  we are pleased to announce that we have added a new email dedicated exclusively to that subject:  Exam.SDS.proctoring@baruch.cuny.edu

Students will be advised by SDS to submit their completed Exam Proctor Request form using the new email. When we receive the Exam Proctor Form (from the Student, NOT the Instructor) we will then email YOU from the new email (exam.sds.proctoring@baruch.cuny.edu) to confirm exam details, and to request the exam.  Please look out for the new email in your inbox, and reply to SDS as requested.

Disability.services@baruch.cuny.edu remains active, and will be used for all other disability matters, excluding exam proctoring.
