TWO ADDITIONAL UPDATES TO: The Spring 2020 COVID-19 Flexible Grading Policy and advising students

May 24, 2020

TWO ADDITIONAL UPDATES TO:

The Spring 2020 COVID-19 Flexible Grading Policy and advising students

  1. Students have until June 25 to opt-in to changing their letter grades to CR/NC. Some earlier announcements, including the video linked in the email below of May 21, state that students have until 20 days after their grades were posted: in fact, they have until June 25.
  2. Students who receive the letter grade of “A” will not have the option to change it to CR. All other letter grades are subject to the CR/NC option: A- to D may be changed to CR; F to NC. Once again, making this change is the students’ option.
