Dear Fall 2019 Faculty:
The verification of enrollment (VoE) period for the fall 2019 term will begin on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 (12:01am) and continue through Monday, September 16, 2019 (11:59pm).
During the verification of enrollment process you are required to verify that all students listed on the roster are actually attending your class. The roster contains officially enrolled students for the course and the default value for the enrollment radio button is “Yes, attended.” For any student who has never attended a class and for whom there is no documented evidence of the student’s participation in the course (such as a completed assignment), select the “No, never attended” radio button.
Verification of enrollment is a CUNY requirement. It is vital that rosters be certified for each one of the course offerings as certification affects compliance with federal regulations and students receiving financial aid. If a roster is not certified, students will be directed to speak with the instructor.
It is against CUNY and Baruch policy for students to attend a course that they are not officially enrolled in. Students attending your course who do not appear on your roster, should be sent to the Office of the Registrar, IT/Library Building, Room 850.
