Faculty Profile Pages

The Faculty Profile Pages site features professional information of Baruch College faculty from our three schools (Marxe School of International and Public Affairs, Weissman School of Arts and Sciences, and Zicklin School of Business) and the Newman Library.

The FPP site is available at: https://www.baruch.cuny.edu/profiles

After a period of internal review, the site went live on Aug. 15, 2023.  Faculty can still modify their page by making adjustments in the Faculty Activity Reporting System.

Data Sources: Data shown on the faculty webpages is sourced and aggregated from various systems such as Faculty Activity Reporting, CUNYFirst, and the Research Foundation grants database, and organized in tabs (Teaching, Research & Creative Activities, Honors & Awards, Grants*, and Service). The design of the pages is standard for all faculty members across the College. Please note that the teaching and grant tabs were last updated in late Fall 2023.

Fixing Entries: Items listed in the Research & Creative Activities tab come from the faculty activity reporting module and are formatted in APA style. If there are any errors or omissions, please check your profile first in Interfolio, using the “Edit My Profile” button (at the top right corner of the page). Any modifications made there will appear tomorrow in the faculty profile page after the nightly refresh at 11pm. For Interfolio guidance, please check this Quick Reference User Guide.

Addendum – Instead of a HelpDesk Ticket, please use the ServiceNow portal to submit a request to hide or deactivate some tabs (e.g., Teaching, Service, Grants) from the public view.

General instructions to access the portal are found here.  Specific step-by-step guidance to submit a ticket regarding the Faculty Profile Pages is found below:

1. Log into https://cunyithelp.cuny.edu/csp
2. Click catalog
3. On the left-hand side, click Baruch College Catalog
4. Click Baruch Incidents
5. Click Baruch Incident for Faculty/staff
6. Click Baruch Faculty/staff – Data issue
7. To complete the form, select Vendor Apps under Category, and select Interfolio/Faculty Profiles under Subcategory.
8. Click submit.
