Faculty Experience Survey (2006)

This page last updated on: July 30, 2017

The Baruch College Faculty Handbook

Last updated on 2/9/06

The University Faculty Senate conducted a “Faculty Experience” survey in Spring 2005. About 2,000 CUNY faculty members responded, a response rate of approximately 33%. About 125 Baruch faculty members participated, approximately 25% of those surveyed here. In comparison to other CUNY colleges, Baruch often scores very well, although there are significant differences across the survey’s questions. It is also important to note the range of responses across CUNY campuses, suggesting that the survey really does capture important differences among them. More survey results and benchmarking to national data are forthcoming. The survey’s results are available here as a PDF file.
